The KrosFlo LDF-37 tangential flow filtration system is ideal for filtering Pilot Scale volumes ranging from 10L to 1000 L. The system consists of a digitally controlled
37LPM (9,77 GPM) capacity three roller peristaltic pump with jog-reverse and Spectrum's digital pressure monitor with 5 user defined alarms and automatic shut-off
controls. The pump and the pressure monitor are housed on a mobile stainless steel cart with a hollow fiber filter stand and clamping brackets. The KrosFlo LDF-37
pump is UL and CE compliant and IP 56 rated. The LED keypad used for controlling recirculation rates has an integrated lock and unlock feature that prevents accidental
or unauthorized changes. The mobile cart has an integrated computer workstation. Real-time processing data is collected and graphed by KF Comm data collection software.
The system is designed for use with Spectrum Labs' Hollow Fiber filter modules or Single-Use filter module, bag and tubing sets (MBTs). MBTs are fully assembled and
ready to use Single-Use flow-paths, which include hollow fiber filter modules, tubing, connectors, pressure sensors and processing totes or bags.
Used in conjunction with KrosFlo Single-Use Filters or Module Bags and Tubing Sets the LDF-37 offers the following advantages:
- Uses fully assembled Single-Use flow paths
- Lowers cost due to the elimination of cleaning and flow path assembly
- Monitors pressure and flow rates for increased process control
- Mobile to save space and maximize facility flexibility
